Shashkin - The John Compton Cymbal Dance
Learn a classic finger cymbal choreography by the legendary John Compton! This fun and challenging 9-week intermediate series will build your zill dexterity, musicality, coordination, and performance skills as we bring this fabulous vintage choreography to life.
Join us in the Houston studio or live via Zoom. All nine classes are recorded, and you’ll have access to the complete series for one year.
Dancers will also have opportunities to perform the finished choreography in our December showcases (online December 5 & in person December 13) and potentially at Migrations Dance Festival in Austin in January 2027.

9-week series: $150
The Showcase Dress Rehearsal is December 9th @ 7:45 (separate registration only for those performing on December 13th)
